Simon Ingram is a home barista who has brewed coffee daily for over a decade, from French press and pour over to espresso. He started Brew Better Co. to document the exact ratios, methods, and small fixes that actually improved his cup, tested on a real kitchen counter rather than in a lab.
Why this site exists
Most coffee advice online is either too vague ("use good beans") or too intimidating (lab charts and refractometers). Brew Better Co. sits in the middle: the exact ratios, times, and small corrections that made a real difference in my own kitchen, explained so you can repeat them tomorrow morning.
